What will my typical day look like/What will I do Establishing & strengthening relationship with branch manager & staffs to gain. leads Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend life insurance products to bank customers Delivering consistently on set goals Requirements Who is an ideal candidate for this role Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales Stability - spent at least 1 year in the current organization Interested in working for the Bancassurance channel Some other important criteria Knowledge Required: Knowledge about BFSI industry Sales (preferably in bancassurance sales in Bank), or any product sales, field sales, FMCG Sales, Pharma product Sales etc Location knowledge : Candidate to be local or Native / Must have area knowledge to easy communication Skills Required: Effective Communication, Influencing & Negotiation skills Age: 21 to 35 years Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Result Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Capability & Problem Solving Benefits How much will I be paid CTC Range - 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum Unlimited Incentives Mobile & local conveyance reimbursement
