Job Description

Overview: As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our ERP product.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle MyGate clients across the city and be the single Point of Contact (POC).

Ensure a high app download percentage in the societies (Apartments/Villa communities) handled by you.

Troubleshoot all issues and solve all queries raised by the residents/committee members of your societies.

Plan and execute various marketing campaigns inside your societies to create awareness about the brand to increase app penetration. Share updates regularly with clients to keep them informed about all activities or alterations initiated by us.

Ensure timely payments from your clients. Conduct regular meetings with the clients to ensure high touch point.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a software or ERP environment.

Bachelors degree in accounting, Business, or a related field.

Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client issues. Has the passion and energy to work in a fast-growing start-up.

Open to work on weekends as and when required. Willing to travel locally to have client meetings as and when necessary.
