Qualification: Graduation + MBA/ PG in HR preferred B.Tech candidates with exp in HR also would be considered

Experience Needed (Professional): Min 2-3 Yrs.

Experience in e HR Strategy and Initiatives aligned with the overall Business Strategy.

Company can offer Salary CTC between : 6- 12 L Per Annum

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement the HR Strategy and Initiatives aligned with the overall Business Strategy
• Nurture a positive working environment and Manage the Employees Life cycle
• Manage end-end recruitment needs of the business segment
• Network with business and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement
• Conduct employee engagement programs
• Proactively understand and resolve work-related challenges and issues of employees to enhance employee experience
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation to the employees
• Design and sustain meaningful recognition programs to nurture a culture of appreciation
• Propose and implement meaningful initiatives for wellbeing and design work roles meaningfully
• Create meaningful interventions for work efficiency and anchor workforce planning actions aligned to business needs
• Identify appropriate learning solutions and implement them for the business segment with steps to measure effectiveness
• Conduct Exit Interviews and retain good talent within the Organization
• Work closely with HR colleagues and propose meaningful solutions for improving HR efficiency and employee experience & contribute to such projects
