Job Description

Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing
new tools and processes
to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Provide the team with a vision of the delivery objectives.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
Leads, coordinate, and execute Quality Assurance testing activities for product and maintenance activities through different
phases of software
development lifecycle.
Must have experience with documenting test plans, test cases, bug reports, and status reports.
Automation testing will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of previous experience in application development Testing and leading a team

Education

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
