Job Description for Sales Executive/ officer -
- Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales.
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
- Research on different tools to increase sales and business opportunities;
Regular follow up with new and existing customers - Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
- Generate revenue and make a huge impact on companies growth by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning services in the market.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or
service using scripts - Converting leads and opportunities generated through Cold Calling, Digital
Marketing, etc into appointments by pitching accurate lenders and products
as per the system recommendation and customer requirement. - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Follow-up on appointments with lenders and customers for pickups/logins
Loan selling and cross selling other financial products such as credit cards. - Generate references from existing customers.
- Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
- Cross-selling.
- Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
