Job Description

The Cosmetologist will provide hair and beauty services. Services will be provided professionally and sensitively that promote the self-esteem and dignity of all clients. This position is responsible for the delivery of quality service, promoting good public relations, and upholding the mission and standards of the facility.

Uses the skin care process (assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation) to provide nail and skin care services. Performs consultation and makes recommendations for appropriate services and products. Performs manicures, pedicures, and hand treatments. Ensures consistent delivery of an exceptional patient experience. Handles clients questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Recommends and provides education on at-home nail care regimen

Coordinates all scheduling, including return visits, paperwork, informational materials, and follow-through to allow for a seamless transition through each step of the treatment plan. Contributes to the growth of practice by utilizing exceptional sales skills to convert one-time clients to permanent clients.
