Qualifications Registered Nurse with an active nurse licensure Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing, Education or equivalent experience in the field Minimum of 3 years in Nursing Education or Nursing Leadership experience required Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with diverse audiences effectively Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs for adult learners Strong clinical knowledge and skills in nursing practice, as well as teaching methodologies and curriculum development Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
