Roles & Responsibilities

Shipping/Cargo Controller (Oil and Gas Company Experience Required)

• Communicates to supplier and receiver on supply and delivery of oil and gas cargo/product and the contracts/agreements involved.
• Responsible for overall coordination of loading and discharge operations and the required documents.
• Knowledge in blending of oil cargo components to produce required product according to client specifications.
• Coordinates between Loadport/Disport Terminal Personnel, Vessel Owner and Personnel, Cargo Inspectors, Field Staff, Clients, Shipping Agents, Bunker Supplier and all involved in cargo loading and shipment requirements.
• Receive and implement client requirements such as LC documents, follow up on job progress and provide timely updates.
• Understand and comply to company procedures for Safety, Operations, and Reporting.
• Knowledge on oil product pricing/invoicing based on International PLATTS as agreed by Supplier and Receiver.
