Job Description

   Education :         

•  Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation
•  BE in Mechanical or Instrumentation

    Experience of at least 3 years

    Basic knowledge of: -

       Inventory Control / Management

       Domestic Purchase Planning

      Good in communication And Negotiations

      Ability to understand technical details of purchase product.

      ERP software / SAP

      Basic MS Office Knowledge

      Good in Documentation& Presentation

      Preference if from manufacturing especially if automotive in work experience.

• Job Summary

1.     Majorly focused on Procurement, Product sourcing and Vendor development for   continuous and future business transaction based on requirement of Projects /Sales inquiries.
2. Closely monitoring the stock levels for fast moving parts and to overcome the overall stock.
3. Responsible for Order Placement Timing, and continues follow-ups with suppliers.
4. Receiving Quotes & PI from overseas supplier and finalizing Purchase order in sync with C&F for inventory levels.
5. Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, Contract Negotiations, order execution.
6. Liaison with Finance & A/c. department for timely payment of Vendor bills.
7. Fund requisition to Finance Dept. for arranging Timely Cash flow for Forecast purchases.
8. ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like Cost, Quality, Timely delivery etc.
9. Checking Internal and External Audits of Material.
10. Import process knowledge.
11. ERP software / SAP
