A.S. Group is currently hiring for one of the Manufacture Steel Wire Industry located in Mumbai

Job Details are as follows:-

Designation: Assistant Export Marketing

Location: Lower Parel

Experience: 3 to 6.years

Salary Range: 5 to 7.lack ctc

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of New clients through soft media, social media, telephone, etc. (Business Development)
• Expanding relationships with existing clients and bringing in new clients.
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
• To ensure growth of companys revenue by ensuring key accounts are satisfied with the quality of service provided.
• To develop and sustain positive relationship with potential clients to bring most income to the organization.
• Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and issues.
• Acting as a main point of contact between key clients and the organizations internal teams.
• Communicating with various departments such as Execution, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing plant and Management to ensure that key client needs are met.
• Ensuring smooth flow of information and activities by co-ordination with inter-departments from time-to-time.
• To develop a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements for preparation of customized solutions.
• Compiling various reports such as material stock reports, pending orders reports, production planning reports, order forecast reports etc. for better understanding of business inflow and growth and in order to be able to make business forecast for future.
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and monthly initiatives to share with team members and management.
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
• Making sure to get timely deliveries done of orders, in correct manner with all necessary documentation and legalities being complied with.
• Obtaining feedback from client on delivered material and service quality & follow-up for further orders.
