Manager / Dy. Manager - Production Tooling @ Headhunter

Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products and the development of new products in accordance with cost, quality and specifications.

Coordinate with and monitor the supplier production facilities that they achieve on time quality supplies Confer with responsible personnel at the vendor sites to assess progress and discuss needed improvements and changes.

Responsible for the entire Production , Quality related activity in Supplier site.

Knowledge:

Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and supply chain of goods.

Tooling:

Knowledge of design and making of dies, molds, fixtures and gauges

Administration and Management -

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Education & Experience:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die Making, 5-10 Years of relevant experience
