Job summary The CEO of a textile company responsible for strategic leadership, managing operations, and driving overall success and growth of the organization. Overseeing production, sales and marketing, quality control, human resources, and purchase functions. Focus on optimizing production performance, maximizing resource utilization, ensuring profitability, and implementing process improvements. Job seniority: director level and above Responsibilities Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Formulate and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Identify market trends, anticipate industry changes, and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee entire production process and implement changes for optimization. Set sales targets and guide sales teams to achieve them. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base. Define and implement quality control measures and. ensure compliance with standards. Plan requirements for sourcing raw materials and supplies. Lead and support teams to achieve their goals. Achieve targeted production and sales goals for the year. Coordinate new projects and ensure timely implementation. Requirements Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in textile or related industry. In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry dynamics. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional financial management and analytical capabilities. Track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, textile engineering, or related field.
