Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Goldenjobs Placement, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients' job vacancies. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Screening and Assessment : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the job requirements.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, establish relationships, and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Understand Job Description & then search resume from job portal.
Screening resume & candidates.
Call to candidate & understand candidate profile.
Take telephonic interview.
Arrange telephonic / walking interviews in company.
Inform & coordinate with Hiring Manager for candidates interview.
Follow up with Hiring Manager after interview.
Take feedback from Hiring Manager.
Salary Negotiation with candidate.
