Desired Candidate Profile

Should be able to manage a small team of junior developers and mentor them if necessary
Should be able to implement coding best practices
Take ownership not just of your own deliverable but also the team you lead
React JS - Needs to be hands-on React.Js, React Redux, Redux Form, Enzyme Test
Should come from Development background.
Should be a good team player
Should be ready to extend working hours if needed
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other software developers and business analysts to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
