Position: Sr Executive- Finance-Supply Chain Process

Reporting to Deputy Manager

Experience: Min. 5+ Years
Qualification:  CA Inter/ MBA/ Any Graduate 
Office Location: Pune - Chandan Nagar
WORK FROM OFFICE 

Those who are having experience in entire supply chain - warehousing & logistics - process control -
Experience  from logistics company, budgeting MIS analytics - FP&A - how the roots, rates defined, budgeting has done, analytics has been done on logistics cost 
SAP Hana is added advantage 
communication is good as he has to work with cross functional team - more into analytics 

Knowledge of logistics area / knows business transactions, operational process, data analytics - verify the transactions logistics related things 

Must have skills:

• Experience in process review/process design and implementation.
• Analytical approach
• Understand budgets and budgetary controls.
• Experience of supply chain process (logistics/warehouse)

Good to have skills:

• Experience of Retail/FMCG/Logistics industry.
•      
• Experience in cost optimization/savings driven process reviews.
• Working experience of SAP-HANA preferred

Job description:

• Understand the key requirements of an effective process and document the roadmap to establish or streamline the process. Also effectively communicate the same with process managers and other stakeholders.
• Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and partner with them on process design, system development and other improvement areas.
• Ability to critically analyze the data using visualization tools and identify the exceptional transactions and root cause analysis to close the gap, if any.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, such as transportation, warehousing, and procurement. Analyse cost structures and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Working on identifying and validating key budgetary control parameters related to Supply chain.
• Constantly monitors the design gaps for major processes. Tests the operational & financial controls for effectiveness at defined intervals. Follows up & closes the identified design gap.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into supply chain performance. Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.
