Job Description

• Understand the client's business needs, bring together their requirements.
• Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, drafting business requirement document.
• User story creation, participate in different agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review & sprint retrospective), opportunity identification / discovery / story exploration sessions / product demos.
• Gap analysis, impact analysis and publish to-be business process flows
• Walk-through sessions with development / testing team, test case review.
• Liaison between the business, technology and other groups for seamless roll out of the project Co-ordination with on-shore team on daily basis.
• Planning & tracking of project deliverable using agile (Epics, story exploration, task creation), monitoring using MS Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
• Provide pre and post production deployment support .
• Worked on SWIFT, ISO 8583, ISO 2022 or SEPA.
• Cards/ Payments (Core Payments, Settlement, SWIFT, SEPA)
• Hands on experience on Agile methodology.
