Our motto is to prioritize customer satisfaction by providing them services in the best possible manner. Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located in Surat, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the HR department, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. The role also involves implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with statutory regulations and ensuring that the. HR function supports and enhances the overall business objectives of the organization. Qualifications Human Resources Proven experience as an HR Manager Knowledge of HR systems, practices, and legal compliance Demonstrated understanding of recruitment, selection, training, development, performance management, and compensation and benefits Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Leadership and Organizational Skills Experience in leading, managing and developing a team of HR professionals Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Education and Other Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Certification in Human Resources Management (PHR, SPHR) or related certification is preferred Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is a plus
