It is a one-stop solution for any healthcare institution and clinician. Role Description Caremarque is looking for a Junior Quality Consultant to join their team in Surat. This is a full-time hybrid role, which means the candidate has to be located in Surat but some work from home is acceptable. The Junior Quality Consultant will be responsible for assisting senior staff, including performing quality audits and preparing quality documentation, among other duties. Junior Quality Consultant should be able to handle Quality Accreditation / Certification projects individually. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a higher education level, preferably in healthcare, business. administration, or a related field Prior experience in healthcare quality assurance or consulting Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office Certifications in quality management or healthcare quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) are a plus
