Job Description

NOTE-The said company is Rising Star Mobile India Private Limited,380,Belerica Road,Sri City Siddam Agraharam Village,Varadaiah Palem Mandal,Chittoor,Cuddapah,Andhra Pradesh,India,Pin-517541

1.Female Candidates with Diploma/ITI/B.tech from Orissa & Jharkhand state are required urgently who will work under vendor 'V.R.Enterprises' at SRI CITY ,Andhra Pradesh in 3 shifts of 8 hours duty

2.Rising Stars Mobile India Private Limited is involved in 'Mobile Assembling','Primary Cells' and Batteries' .Currently nearly 25,000 only 'Females' are working as 'Line Operator/ Assembler'.

3.Since October 2018,currently from Odisha & Jharkhand in total 1015 numbers of FEMALE candidates are working till date.

4.Age- 18 - 26 years only.

5.Physically handicappedcandidates will not be considered.

6.Married candidateswill not be considered.

7.Facilities:-

-Train tickets reimbursement facility

-Free pickup from the railway station.

-Monthly Salary In-hand(ie-Bank Transfer) of individual employee after ESI & PF deduction will be Rs 8276/- and the CTC is Rs 10583/-.Overtime and Attendance bonuswill be as for actual.

-26 days working with 4 weekly off on rotational basis.

-Free North Indian Food.

-Free snacks and lunch at the factory.

-Free hostel accomodation with tight security.

-Free transportation from hostel to factory with security.

-Tight security(CCTV Surveillance& lady security available)

-Odia & Hindi wardens available in the hostel.

-24 hours electricity and water available.

-24 hours ambulance with doctor on call facility available.

-Free Hospitalisation in emergency cases.

-8 Hours duty in rotational shifts A-(6am-2pm) B-(2pm-10pm) C-(10pm-6am).In all the shifts free transport will be provided by the company with security guards.

-OT-Over-time is only available in A & B shifts of 2 hours each.

8.Documents Required:-

-Security/Registration charges of Rs 2000(Two thousand only) to be transferred to the organisation bank account through net transfer only.

-10thclass original mark list ( for verification purpose only) & Xerox.(Age Proof)

-Adhar original & Xerox.

-8 nosPassportsizephotograph& one pen.

-Parents declaration form duly signed by parents.

- Bank account Xerox copy and need to bring ATM Card with them for withdraw cash.

- Avoid bringing valuable things.(Jewels)

-Bring personal belongings(Normal Panjabi dress, plate, pillow, soap & other things)

-Dress Code is Normal Salwar only.No customized dresses will be available(Jeans/T-Shirts)
