Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Management: Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to ensure it's up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Monitor and improve the online shopping experience, including checkout processes and customer account management. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and make data-driven decisions. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to reach target audiences. Optimize content marketing efforts, including blog posts, product descriptions, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals and content for digital marketing. efforts. Search Engine. Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for on-page and off-page SEO improvements. Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making adjustments as needed. Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly. Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reports on the performance of e-commerce and digital marketing efforts. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other teams to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms). Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
