- To lead the way in recruitment services (Sourcing)

- As an S2Tech Talent Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements in the US. You will use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants.
- Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising, social media and other resource pools.
- Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool.
- Utilize the automated applicant tracking system effectively.
Required Candidate profile
Looking for candidates from top colleges with 70% throughout their academics (from 10th to graduation) Only need to apply.- A Degree from NIT (or) Business school graduate with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Candidates having knowledge or experience from Recruitment background.
- The Candidate will be performing as Trainee-Talent Acquisition.
- Looking for candidates who can work with us for long term
- Salary will be 3.5Lakhs P.A for the first year + 15k Incentives (per closure)
