The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, preparing various financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant work experience Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, or other similar software Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in real estate accounting or property management accounting is a plus Certified Public Accountant. (CPA) or. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a plus
