1. Understanding the Client's requirement, source the profiles based on the clients requirements using different portals, through references, from database & from professional & social network
2. Providing End-to-end recruitment solutions & single point of contact for several Clients
3. Maintaining a Tracker which contains complete details of each and every requirement handled like Client details, candidate details, and requirement details.
4. Maintaining daily reports for CV submissions made and calls made to candidates.
5. To conduct the initial screening and interviews for junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement from the Client.
6. Scheduling and Facilitating Interviews.
7. Maintaining rapport with the candidates and Client.
8. Follow-up of payments.
9. Visit to Client locations to understand & grasp their manpower requirements - based on need of the Company.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
Graduate/PG, females only
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Work from home, Flexi-hours for Freelancers, only Commissions will be paid. Work from office, 10am to 6pm, Fixed salaries will be paid for Full-timers
Must have hands-on experience in sourcing profiles via Naukri or Shine or Monster, LinkedIn
Excellent communication skills
CTC: 1.5 to 3 LPA based on skills, experience.
Remuneration: Salary/Variable Commissions as per Industry Standards.
