Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Checking eligibility of tenants as per norms and review all move-ins.
Regularly review, Recertification of tenant and ensure all re-certifications are processed in timely manner.
Need to set remainders to renew tenants contract on time
Managing proper data transmission to various external agencies
Ensure proper documentation as prescribed and store the data in proper manner
To revise and monitor compliance policies with prompt action and update with correction plans if required.
Provide weekly status (Audit) reports during initial qualification period.
Proper coordination with related department and facilitate reconciliation
Required Skills and Abilities
Analytical Skill / problem solving attitude
Good in Maintaining and progressing huge data.
Ability to manage multiple high priorities at once
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
Must have strong computer experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Flexible demeanour and positive attitude
Good English Communication.
Required Education & Experience
B.com / M.com / CA-(Intern) / CS / GDC&A
Note:-
Shift timing
9:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Monday to Friday.
