VP Data Engineering For B2B Ecommerce Co @ Dev Solutions

Job Description

Our client is growing at a rapid pace.
They have presently 700 employees, and targeted revenue is Rs 10,000 Cr in 2023.

Develop and articulate the roadmap for the data function that clearly defined ownership and responsibility
between the central data function and product teams


The work culture is demanding for the next 3 years.

Required Candidate profile

BE from IITs preferably in Computer Science
15-25 years in software product development in ecommerce / US MNC
Build a data model that joins together multiple disparate systems
Experience with big data architectures and data modelling to efficiently process large volumes of data
Experience developing large data processing pipelines
Background in ETL and data processing, know how to transform data to meet business goals
Expert in SQL, preferably in SQL Server
Working experience with building and running modern data architectures in a public cloud

Salary will be approx 25-30% more than his/her Indian Salary
The salary will be fixed - 80%, variable - 20%, and Stock Options
