Job Description

• Engage with appropriate business partner to obtain NSCD data; should be able to effectively plan, Execute and communicate the project progress to stakeholders.
• Center management - Creation of center, uploading required & relevant docs on NSDC portal.
• Course & Sector management - Creation of courses with their sector, renewal of courses.
• Fee management - Course fee entry and update entry.
• Registration of PAN India center student.
• To generate, analyze, maintain & develop standard report repository and Build ad-hoc reports from ERP & NSDC as & when required.
• Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and annual progress report on NSDC work.
• Batch management Center wise batch creation.
• Assessment Center wise, batch wise candidate assessment.
• Placement - Update placement data.
• Trainer management - Adding trainer, linking trainer to center
• Uploading Data of students on NSDC portal in their format of Registered, enrolled, Batching Completed course, Placement & trainer details.
• To resolve NSDC related service issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure company compliance at all times by defining & Ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining updated documentation at all times.
• Technical and programming skills: Advance excel
• End to end operations for NSDC project and portal.
• Coordination with NSDC Team.
• Manage NSDC ticketing system.
