Strictly 3 - 5 Years of experience
Strictly IITians or equivalent reputed college if there is an exceptional case would be happy to consider
Agility to work in programming languages C, Java, and Python
Speed and efficiency in writing code
Code reviewing experience
Abstraction layer understanding from CPU circuits to operating systems/ for frontend web browser processing queues is must
At least 5 contributions to good successful open source projects
Understanding of concurrency and parallel processing/ async and lazy loading for frontend
Understanding of processing pipelines
Working knowledge of distributed systems
High-performance computing experience is an added advantage
Algorithms and data structures. Competitive coding achievements are added advantage
Deep learning is an added advantage

BE from IITs preferably in Computer Science
5-11 years in software product development in ecommerce / US MNC

One backend developer
