: Lead the development of new products, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target audience, and market trends Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, manufacturing, and finance, to drive product development initiatives Manage the entire product development process, including creating project timelines, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and overseeing quality control Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies, including marketing materials, and promotional campaigns Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to ensure our products remain. competitive in the market Research and develop prototypes for new products Creating innovative product ideas and concepts Developing product specifications, designs, packaging, and related materials Key Result Areas: Supporting the product life cycle from development to launch Foster a culture of continuous improvement Track and report on key performance metrics Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch Skills required: Proven track record of successfully launching new products from concept to market Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Results-oriented mindset, with a drive for achieving targets and delivering high-quality products to the market Knowledge of product regulations, industry trends, and competitive products Educational /Professional Qualification: Bachelors Degree Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in new product development within the beauty and personal care industry Competencies Required: Solid research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 500,000.00 - 600,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Current Salary Expected Salary Experience: total work: 7 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bhilwara, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (Required
