JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and optimize food products, considering taste, nutritional value, and shelf life.
Lead quality control efforts, including inspections and testing to meet safety and quality standards.
Stay updated with food safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Manage the cost of production and find ways to enhance cost efficiency.
Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
Work on sustainability initiatives for eco-friendly food production.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor team members.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and risk assessment.
