We have urgent opening for Senior Hr.

Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Blue collar + white collar)

Reporting to: HR Head

Location of activity: Mumbai (Powai)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

2. Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

3. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and establish effective communication throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate effectively with external recruitment agencies to optimize the hiring process

4. Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

6. Pan India Hiring: overseeing recruitment activities across multiple locations in Pan india and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

7. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.

8. Employer Branding: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive employer brand, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
Any Degree/ Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field Preferred
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on senior-level positions.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

Salary - 4lpa -6Lpa

Notice Period - 15 Days.
