Process Design Engineer @ Santosh Hegadi

Job Description

: Candidates should have relevant experience in process design (Basic Engineering Design and/or FEED/ Detailed Engineering) of petrochemical plants such as Acetic Acid, Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM), Phenol/Acetone, Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol. Candidates with background and experience in engineering design of Acetic Acid technology shall have advantage. Candidates with operations and technical experience in Acetic Acid plant can also be considered. Should have hands on experience in process simulations & optimization tools like Aspen Plus, HYSYS etc., Heat & Material Balance, development of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing and preparation of process datasheets, utility summary, effluent summary, line sizing and hydraulics, PSV relief load calculations, relief valve sizing, etc. Shares work with foreign offices. Assists Startup/commissioning teams. Maintains a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and corporate safety guidelines. Incumbent may have 10-20% of Job-related travel in this role. Selected candidate based on their experience and expertise shall get exposure to different petrochemicals technologies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Desired experience level is 3-7 years. Required qualification is B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering
