Responsibilities The candidate must possess sound knowledge of the following IT Support tenets. o IT Service Desk Operations o Remote Desktop Services o Onsite Desktop Services o Server management o Network management o Storage Management o IT Service Management (Incident / Problem / Change) o Anti-virus and Patching o Active Directory and Mail services o IT Services / Process / Runbook Automation o IT Asset Management o Application Support Services o ITSM / ITOM / ITAM tools exposure Systems Integration experience of IT Infrastructure and Applications is desirable but not mandatory. Cloud Management experience is desirable but not mandatory. As an IT Solution Architect, it is expected to design and prepare optimal techno commercial proposals for clients with focus on Managed IT Services with clear understanding of RFP provided by client, The candidate should be able to design a winning high end technical solution with resource sizing for Onsite / Remote Support models with. optimal. pricing Work closely with the Sales / Delivery and Finance teams to create a winning proposition for existing and prospective clients. The candidate should be able to identify the risks associated with the bids and should be able to drive mitigations with the relevant stakeholders. The candidate should be able to work closely with the customers and derive all inputs necessary to create a winning proposal in line with customer expectations and estimations. The candidate should be able to identify the relevant products / tools to proposed in line with the expectations of the customer requirements. The candidate should be able to drive the complete bid lifecycle with internal as well as external stakeholders. The candidate should have the ability to effectively engage with OEMs and drive the solution development. The candidate must have completed at least one ITIL certification. Annual CTC - 10 L - 12L Qualification The candidate must be a graduate, preferably a B.E. /B. Tech /B. Sc in Computer Science / Engineering. The candidate should have at least 10 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in Presales or a Service Delivery Leadership role. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with a good command over English language. The candidate must possess excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. The candidate must have worked in the IT Infrastructure Managed Services / Systems Integration space for at least 2 years in the last 5 years, This job is provided by Shine.com
