Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving. as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. Management Level :8 Work Experience :8-10 years Work location :Mumbai Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1- Develop and maintain business and technical relationship with Product Stewardship, Hazard Communications and Environmental, Health Safety; 2- Collaborate with Manufacturing IT organization to develop a value-based Product Stewardship and SAP EHS IT roadmap 3- Provide and support SAP EHS and Product Stewardship Business Solution Services 4- Understand EHS customer pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions Technical Experience : 1- Proactively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback 2- Improve IT services and manage impacts to the Product Stewardship function 3- Be accountable in front of the customer for delivery of all Product Stewardship SAP EHS IT services 4- Serve as first point of escalation for Product Stewardship and SAP EHS IT related customer issues 5- Manage Product Stewardship and SAP EHS IT related business risks security, application roadmap Professional Attributes : 1- Problem-solving abilities 2- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication Educational Qualification : a 15 Years of standard education 15 years of full time education
