Specialization Description Engineering Sales is focused on providing technical advice and support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer specific pricing including: Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives Researching customer technical specifications and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution Evaluating sales proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organizations quality standards May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and conduct initial user training Level Description Entry to developing level professional with little or no prior experience required. Applies a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Work is closely supervised. Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with limited impact on. achievement of results for the job area. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Role Summary: Experience: 3 -5 years Mandatory Skills: Presales (3 minimum), global exposure, proposals wiring, technical background eg: cloud platform, CICD pipeline, devops Responsibilities: Market research for suitable in government, federal & private RFP's / tenders based on the criteria specified Experience on creating solutions blueprint stacks for different industry verticals Provide support to sales team in customer requirement discussions, preparing Proposal documents and other supporting artifacts like case studies Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, which includes understanding & finalizing the scope of work, technical & functional solution review with the Engineering teams, commercials with the Finance team, and proposal submission Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering/delivery, and other internal teams and ensure the highest quality proposals are delivered on time Hand-on experience in responding to RFPs & RFIs Experience of development or Presales is must have Project management skills, IT background and knowledge of IT Services DLS, Agile and development background or knowledge Experience of responding to large Global RFPs, driving effort discussion with management Base Loc: Noida(1) Hybrid, Pune and Bangalore (2) Hybrid
