As a temporary contractor, youll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo. With iconic brands such as Baileys, Guinness, Gordons and Johnnie Walker, were the leading beverage alcohol company in every region of the world. Naturally, we need a robust and dynamic tech platform that helps us deliver our best work and sustains our success for years to come. Duties Accountable for centralized delivery of application and. technology services assigned to their role (markets app / infra, common applications etc) Execute transition applications / technology services , manage the Service management for applications and execute controls for applications Working with IT Governance team and providing evidence as part of audit activities Skills Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery operations and service mgmt Knowledge of IT risk and controls Strong ITIL execution experience Significant analytical and critical thinking skills Strong IT Operations experience Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology personnel and vendors Experience of using an IT service management toolset, Servicenow ideally Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology personnel and vendors and internal customers About MAGNIT Magnit Global is a leading, global professional services and technology company.
