Job Description
As a JAVA Struts developer, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing, designing, coding and testing as per the requirement specifications
Working with clients and project managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
Superior disciplined coding skills - ability to produce production ready code with minimal supervision
Creating and delivering data- driven reports
Coordinating and supervising the development of software systems and websites
Working closely with the peers and leads to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
Investigating and developing skills in new technologies Required Skill Sets
Knowledge of Object oriented development, version control, release management, change management
Developing enterprise level applications
Experience in struts 1.X or struts 2.x
Experience in deployment and configuration of production servers in clustered and HA environments
Experience in Core Java, Swing, Eclipse, UML, SQL, Windows and Linux
Experience in working within an agile development environment
Knowledge of Core Java / J2EE knowledge including EJB, Servlets, JSP, JMS, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, AJAX, Tag libraries, JavaScript
Knowledge of J2EE: Servlets, JSP, Struts, jQuery, Web Services SOA, JAXB, MQ, SOAP and Restful web services
Databases (SQL Server); Source Control (SVN); Build tools Maven, Eclipse
Experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate Preferred Skill Sets
Experience in Maven, design patterns etc
Experience in front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap
Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS and other JavaScript frameworks Interpersonal Skills
He/ she must demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and learn new technologies. Good verbal and non- verbal communication is a must. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who qualifies as a team player.
