Roles And Responsibilities:

Cost Management:

Real Time Cost Management by implementing Grid Based Approvals and deviation thresholds

Technology Implementation for cost Controls.

Fortnightly Updates on Cost Variances for Working Capital Items and Monthly Update on Balance sheet items.

Strong Support to management to arrive at Product price basis cost information and vice versa
deciding cost of purchase by reverse working on product selling price (estimated/realized SP)

Working Capital Management:

Implement Efficient Inventory Management, Minimize Stock carrying cost, prevent stock outs.

Implement Strong Accounts Receivable Mechanism.

Implementing Efficient and Timely Supplier Payment Process.

Critical ratio management with strong focus on Cash Conversion cycle and quick ratio.
