Any Bachelors Degree with 2-4 Years experience in dealing with HR & Admin Processes
HR functions & processes (Employee Life Cycle Processes- On boarding, Performance development, Payroll, Exit etc.)
Proficient in Basic Hindi and English Communication
HRIS handling
Excel/G-sheet, MS office
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
Coordinate with various HR & Admin Back-Office Process Owners for closures, smooth functioning as well as experience of stakeholders
Assisting in HRIS related queries, mediclaim/accident insurance coordination, sharing letters/data on employee/managers requests
Employee engagement through timely one on one conversations, grievance and query resolution etc.
Employment Confirmation process coordination-
Initiating the process
End-to-end PDS execution-
Ensuring timely quality and aligned goal setting at the start of, regular check-ins throughout and performance reviews at the end of the quarter by hand holding managers and the team members
Executing performance improvement programs (PIP) with the managers & concerned team members
Share regular updates on goal-setting & review %, communications on importance of PDS
Providing ad-hoc HR support to any of the other functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements
Employee insurance policies coordination for India and ME (Group mediclaim, group accident policies etc)
End-to-end exit coordination (clearance activities, handover management, exit interview & analyses, attrition analyses etc.)
HR policies and processes implementation as well as continuous improvement
HR Compliance coordination with the Plant Heads as well as Compliance consultant
