Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The role is located in Neemrana, Rajasthan with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of marketing principles, brand. management, and market research Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies Ability to manage marketing budgets and work with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to lead and motivate a team Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing Experience in the packaging industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
