The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and implementing strategies to ensure financial health and stability. The Manager will also prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to make informed business decisions, provide recommendations to senior management, and manage a team of finance professionals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 10 + years of experience as an accountant or finance manager Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with financial analysis and forecasting Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage and lead a team of finance professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Effective problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
