Salary- Negotiable

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Arabic Language to connect with Internal & External Customers.
• Should be efficient in handling L1 service desk & call support activities in Arabic Language for Airports/ Airlines
• Candidate should be proficient in Ticket logging, tracking, resolution/ follow through.
• Have understanding of troubleshooting, setting up Outlook accounts and related issues, running Patch updates, disk and memory space errors, configuration knowledge, S/W installations, updations, MS office suite, Firewall related, Antivirus related, password resets, installing apps, etc
• Should have knowledge to configure of basic hardware like Desktops, Dual monitors, Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Bar code scanner, POS machines etc
• Candidate should be good in articulation & comprehension.
• Must have relevant Technical knowledge and experience on various ITSM and ticketing tools
• Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
• Confident in interacting through chats /e mails with passengers & suppliers to close the transactions.
• Open for rotational shifts & working on Public Holidays
