POSITION SUMMARY The IT Manager for Custom Development, Salesforce, and Service Delivery Support will play a pivotal role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, optimizing Salesforce, overseeing custom development projects, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in IT services. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES v Custom Development Management: o Oversee custom development projects, including application design, development, testing, and deployment. o Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. o Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues. v Salesforce Administration: o Manage and enhance the Salesforce platform to support sales and customer service activities. o Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to configure, customize, and maintain the platform. o Provide training and support to Salesforce users. v Service Delivery Optimization: o Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure efficient and effective IT service management. o Develop and implement service improvement plans and monitor service performance. o Work on continuous process improvement to enhance service quality. v Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with business units to understand their technology needs and challenges. o Translate business requirements into IT solutions, providing strategic guidance. o Act as a liaison between IT and business units. v Resource Allocation: o Manage IT resources effectively to support custom development, Salesforce, and service delivery. o Assist in IT budgeting and financial planning for these areas. v Security and Compliance: o Ensure that all custom development, Salesforce configurations, and service delivery processes adhere to security and compliance standards. o Implement measures to safeguard sensitive data. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES v Minimum 10 years of experience in the Information technology domain v Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field v Strong leadership and team management skills. v Knowledge of IT governance, security, and compliance. v Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
