Sound interesting Then come and join us as a Project Manager to lead a global cross functional team located at multiple locations in the world to manage and maintain existing healthcare innovative products as part of our portfolio at Advanced Therapies. As a Project Manager you would be responsible for the maintenance of existing systems of Advanced Therapies which are in the hospitals spread throughout the world. You would be communicating and collaborating regularly with the cross functional teams spread over different geographies. This position is in Bangalore, India. Relocation. support will be provided to out of state candidates. This is a hybrid environment with a few days in the office, and the rest can be done remotely. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning and execution of assigned projects with full responsibility for time, function, quality, and budget. Coordinate with global stakeholders to work out product specifications of new product as well as for existing products. Conduct Project Reviews along with global stakeholders, at various stages of development & workout necessary action plan. Evaluate project as per plan, compliance with standard & take corrective actions. Workout Cost Reduction measures & implement it. Project planning and controlling. Follow up on the projects as per defined project reporting mechanisms. Analyze development, agile and scrum processes, and outcomes to identify root causes & drive opportunities for improvement. Deliver quality audit & compliance findings together with Quality Leaders. Skills Needed: We are looking for BE / B. Tech or equivalent with 9+ years of experience. 3 years in Project management is a must. Working knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project etc.). PMI-PMP or equivalent would be an added advantage. High coordination and planning skills. Excellent communication skills with high level of ownership. Prior experience of Software development using C++/C# and automation is an added advantage. Knowledge of lean/agile project management practices. Sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes. Should be able to multi-task, managing multiple project activities and organizational responsibilities effectively
