About Company: Expand My Business is Asia's largest managed marketplace for digital services. We offer services in the digital space, broadly divided into four verticals: IT development, digital marketing, Web 3.0, and resource augmentation. We operate with a pool of verified agencies across India on our platform. About the Internship: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BTL intern (Below the Line intern) to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and driven individual to gain hands-on experience in implementing below-the-line marketing strategies. The BTL intern will work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of various offline and non-media marketing activities. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the development and execution of below-the-line marketing campaigns 2. Support the coordination of various promotional activities, including events, trade shows, and product. demonstrations 3. Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise 4. Aid in the management of on-ground promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery 5. Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to contribute to strategic marketing decisions 6. Assist in the analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts Qualifications: 1. Strong passion for marketing and a basic understanding of below-the-line marketing strategies 2. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications 5. Creative mindset and the ability to think out of the box 6. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges 7. Vendor management and development 8.
