Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced AV technician / engineer to set up and operate conference room equipment.
• As an AV technician / engineer, you will be responsible in an organization to maintain & troubleshoot the system.
• Setting up and installing microphones, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras.
• Supporting business meetings to ensure the AV / VC equipment is set up appropriately and is operational.
• Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality Daily /Monthly checks on AV equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring they run smoothly.
• In-depth knowledge of Audio & Video equipment.
• Provide Technical assistance when its needed.
• Familiarity with computers and IP Networking Systems.
• Identifies causes for AV problems and resolves the issues.
• The ability to clearly understand & respond to required needs.
• Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level
• Ability to achieve and maintain high levels of quality and consistency of outputs.
• Ensure that best practices are followed in all aspects of the role and advise on constant improvements to the system where necessary.
• Required Skills / Ability:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and repair AV equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 TO 3 years experience required in corporate AV Support.
• Strong technical understanding of AV room design.
