What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities

Overall experience of 4- 7 years

Very good understanding and hands on experience with: .Net framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Design patterns

Very good understanding and hands on experience with: MS SQL

Strong hands on experience in code review, automated unit testing using nunit, junit, MS test etc

Good understanding of TFS

ASP.NET MVC (Preferably Razor)

Javascript, jQuery

Web API, RESTful Web API

CSS

AngularJS, React, or any other JS framework (Nice to have)

JSON (Nice to have)

Cloud Development: Azure, GCP, AWS (Nice to have)

Experience delivering with Agile Methodology (Nice to have)

.NET Certification Strongly Preferred

Azure Certification Strongly Preferred

Willing to work flexible hours to support offshore/onshore teams

Familiarity with Agile Central (Rally), HP Service manager a plus

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Contribution to development framework and design and to be able to sell ideas/thoughts at an elevated pitch and convince broader groups.

Get deeply involved in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development

Responsible and accountable for execution of product roadmap as per the plan.

Resolve technical blockers with high efficiency with minimum escalations

Ability to share progress report with stakeholders on a regular basis and to be able to quantify quality at all stages of SDLC

Coordinate with multiple teams for deliverables (on shore and off shore) to ensure timely delivery.

Train team members with domain and technical knowledge

Be a part of overall solution to any problem

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
• Typically minimum of 4 years - Professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data. Typically has a basic knowledge and use of one or more languages / technologies from the following but not limited to; two or more modern programming languages used in the enterprise, experience working with various APIs, external Services, experience with both relational and NoSQL Databases

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
• 6+ years professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data and experience with IBM Rational Tools Experience in an analytical, research, or project management environment in the credit card or software industry; programming experience with .Net development, including C# and C++
