Position Overview: Appstle is hiring. enthusiastic and highly professional relationship managers to foster strong connections with our merchant partners. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding our merchants" pain points and goals, evaluating how our app currently serves their needs, and suggesting improvements and use cases tailored to their e-commerce model. Key Responsibilities: Merchant Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with our merchant base, serving as their primary point of contact at Appstle. Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with merchants to understand their pain points, challenges, and business objectives. Product Understanding: Gain a thorough understanding of our software tools and its features to effectively guide merchants on leveraging our platform for maximum benefit. Custom Solutions: Collaborate with our product and development teams to propose custom solutions and improvements aligned with the merchant's needs. Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Innovate and propose creative ideas and use cases to enhance the merchant's e-commerce model. Professional Communication: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with merchants, delivering clear and concise messages. Qualifications: Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role within the e-commerce industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address merchant pain points. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to think out of the box and provide unique solutions. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
