We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Managing Director and Director. Job Summary: As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Director in the environmental sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their offices, enabling them to focus on strategic environmental initiatives. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, calendar management, communication coordination, and providing support for environmental projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support. Provide administrative assistance by managing the Managing Director's and Director's calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Environmental Sector Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating activities related to the environmental sector, including meetings, conferences, and events. Project Assistance: Collaborate with the executive team on environmental projects, ensuring timely execution and helping track project progress. Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication liaison between the executives and internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients in the environmental sector. Data Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and data relevant to the environmental sector, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the Managing Director and Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries for environmental sector-related trips. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on environmental issues, industry trends, and regulatory changes to support the executives in informed decision-making. Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and presentations for environmental sector meetings and ensure all necessary resources are available. Environmental Reporting: Assist in the preparation of environmental reports, helping the executives compile data and information to meet sustainability and compliance goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as environmental science, business, or administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Passion for and knowledge of environmental sustainability. Previous experience in the environmental sector or executive support is a plus.
