Role : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Actuarial Pricing Responsibilities: Carry out the detailed pricing analysis and compute the final premium basis the. understanding of the data for large corporates for their domestic and/or global health insurance schemes Carry out the pricing analysis and compute the final premium basis the understanding of the data for various group affinity schemes Analyze the past claim experience of the existing group schemes to evaluate their profitability and present the potential actions to Sales head or Management for their deliberation Present the pricing analysis and portfolio performance to the management and appointed actuary under the guidance of senior resource Liaison with different stakeholders (sales, operations and IT) to understand the requirements & opportunities to drive business growth along with profitability and troubleshoot the process gaps Develop processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality of the deliverables Qualification : Graduate (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics) Proficient in MS-Office, Programming Language (SaS, Tableau, R) Work Experience: 2 to 4 years Competencies: Adept at working on large data sets Excellent Interpersonal Skills Self motivated & go getter attitude
