Job Description

What we are looking 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT services (.Net/Java) 1+ years of experience in Project and Program Management of implementation projects. PMP certification is a plus. Experience working in Agile Project Methodology Experience as Scrum Manager Program management, Financial management, Risk management, In-depth knowledge of Program Management methodologies and frameworks. Extensive enterprise application software implementation program management experience. Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Program Manager or in a similar capacity. Demonstrated leadership experience in software consulting, implementation, or development projects. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure Responsibilities:- Take end-to-end. bottom-line responsibility for a Project. Participate and ensure the proposal, estimation, and scope for a project is completed. Schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status. Manage project risks Ensure successful delivery and implementation. Build the project team. Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Follow internal structured project management processes and project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
